No Service at Department of Home Affairs

I app**** in May 2017 for a unabridged marriage certificate at Department of Home Affairs Centurion. It is now March 2018, and it has not yet arrived for collection at Centurion. I spoke to the manager Shane Baloyi, who asked me to email Mpho Makwakwa at head office to assist with this. Mpho Makwakwa has not responded to any emails.
