No service at all

My mother app**** for her birth certificate since the 20th of December 2024. Even when she submitted the permit, marriage certificate of her parents and the death's Certificates but she still has received any positive feedback.

She needs to submit to show that she was really born in South Africa but all she gets is a message saying they are still processing her application.

They service is poor and they have not once showed that they can be of any help. It's like they hire the same kind of people.
