NO SERVICE AT ALL!!!!!

Went to Home Affairs last week to have an abridged certificate changed to unabridged. There is absolutely no system in place. No-one knows what to do, which queue to sit in or when to go to the counters. Employees are so unfriendly it looks as if the ate sour g****s for breakfast and lunch. In the end I just kept sitting at a counter until I was finally helped 3 hours later.
