No service and *******ion

I have been coming to Boksburg home affairs and they cut the que at 8am.People who come before us get help,then we have to turn back home without service.Beside that they are slow,we see people coming in late and getting help!!When is this *******ion going to end?How we going to get our Ids?M still on que as we speak
