What a joke. We app**** for our daughters unabridged birth certificates today. My husband and I gave her photostat copies of their old birth certificates. She gave us a copy of the original birth certificates and we app**** for the unabridged birth certificates. Not once did she ask us for any form of ID document or identification. How is this supposed to help child trafficking??
