no response to overstay appeal for 3 months

My wife fell sick mid October 2015 and was admitted in the ICU of a Pretoria hospital till end of December 2015.<br> A medical permit was requested via VFS Pretoria. My permit was, as requested dated till mid February 2016 but a mistake in the expiry date on my wife's visa was made by DHA and the requested correction via VFS did not materialize in time for our departure to Zimbabwe mid Jan 2016, where we reside. My wife was declared an undesired person in SA and band for a year at Beitbridge, but we could appeal via e-mail address ***. We did appeal as from 19/01/16 on a weekly basis and subsequently also by sending mails to the SA embassy in Harare, and the dha top officers D.D.G.I: McKay and D.G.: M Apleni and since 3 weeks we are also including the responsible minister; Mr. Gigaba in our appeal.<br> Even given telephone numbers did not respond.<br> We sent at least 30 mails but no response has come our way. We need to go back to SA to see the doctors who treated my wife but we cannot because of the mistake made by DHA.<br> More details can be forwarded to you.<br> Please advise me how to overcome this misery.<br> <br> Regards W.van Harderwijk and Sophia Vermeulen.
