No response to emails no answering calls

I had put in an application to change my DOB, months later I was called in for a missing document which was fine. A week ago I received a missed call, called back over ten times with no answer to ‭(021) ********** ‬, I emailed to ********** till this day I have not had any response. This kind of service is unacceptable now I understand why the people who live in the Khayelitsha region opt to go to other offices because their service is ridiculous.
