No response on Unabridged Birth Certicates

I made 2 applications on 18 February at the Chatsworth Home Affairs office. After waiting 8 weeks which is the stated lead time on the Home affairs webisite, I have made 3 calls to the call centre in Pretoria for follow up. Each time I am given no definite answer on when I can receive the certificates and each time it is prioritized. I then contacted the Provincial Manager for KZN, Nosipho Shandu who immediately responded by email and addressed her colleagues in Pretoria asking for assistance. This was more than 2 weeks ago and they have not even bothered to respond to her mails with me in copy. This even after another 2 mails from Mrs Shandu\s office. Another person copied on the mail based in Pretoria is Machete Modiba. I plan on traveling in the next month and require these certificates urgently."
