Good day

I have been phoning home affairs in Caledon and Worcester, every 15 minutes, for 3 days now and no answer. Is this the way to run a organistion. There is so many people looking for work in South Africa but Home affairs cant get a receptionist just to help people with phone calls. I dont know what is still going to happen in SA with this bad client service
