NO RESPONSE

I have been phoning and phoning PMB Dep of Home Affairs to enquire about the vault copy of my daughter that according to the Helpline is there and no one picks up the phone and the receptionist says that she has no computer to check for me - I have phoned over 10 times THIS morning
