No reachable contacts

Is there any way to reach Home Affairs in Standard Bank in Canal Walk? We app**** online for my son's first ID and went for fingerprints and photos on 14 Dec 2021, they told me it would be 2 weeks until we get a sms to collect, it has been 5 weeks now and they dont offer an email address for e home affairs and they dont pick up their phones? I have emailed normal home affairs given on site and no one responds on the status. The ID tracking via sms doesnt work have tried 3 times, the online traxking service says suspended. So what now?
