No progress on passport application since 12 April 2019.

I have app**** for a passoport for my child from the Rustenburg Home affairs on the 12 April 2019. I have been at the branch for more that 10 times to follow up on the passort as i urgently need the passport. No one can give me a answer towards what is wrong with the process. You will get send from one oerson to another. I have aslo called head office but they put you on hold for a very long time and the cut the line. This is very bad service form the goverment as i am seriously in need of that passport.
