No productivity at DHA

It took my daughter from 7h30 to 16h15 to apply for her passport.<br> Whenever one drives past the HDA office there are long queues outside.<br> Inside the inefficiency resulting in unproductivity by personnel, frustration and anger by public is beyond all words!<br> It was completed within a week, but who has another day to stand in the queue to collect it?!<br>
