No passport...Kempton park DHA 👎🏽

We app**** for my sons passport in December...till today nothing. We paid R600. He's suppose to go on a school trip now in June. We ask for help in Kempton Park where we app****..they said there is a problem with the saver which we don't understand how to move on or get help from that information. We've sent emails and no replies. Please help if anyone is having any information on how to get help. Its so frustrating
