No one ever knows anything!!

<p>It think that it is absolutely pathetic that home affairs cannot do the basics right. In the beginning of the year i tried to make use of the eHome afairs to try and renew my passport. What a disaster as my money ended up in the wrong home affairs account as they gave the banks the wrong details. I then proceeded to do it the old fashioned way and made another payment of R400. I received my passport after a loooong wait and I was able to go where I wanted to go. At the same time I app**** for a refund of the first R400 I had paid. I collected all the necessary documents and sent it through months ago already. Received a response from a Mr Kunene but only after my second follow up to them. Ever since then I have not heard anything from them and I have sent MANY followup mails. Its been 5months and no one ever gets back to me when I send a mail and when I phone no one knows what I am talking about.</p> <p> </p> <p>So when it comes to taking your money they are on the ball but when they make a mistake and need to give back they are unheard off or unseen. They are ******* as they refuse to give me my money back. I wonder how many other individuals they have done this to.</p> <p> </p> <p>Michael</p>
