very bad experience with Department of Home Affairs Alexandra , i did my first id in 2003 , the problem started in 2019 when i went to apply for a loan that's when i Realised that my fingerprint was swamped with my twin sister in 2003 , then we went back to report the matter till today it hasn't been resolved when we Constanstly going back we are told that the matter is still not been resolved in Pretoria it's been 20years now, using my sisters id number , when i had a baby in Edenvale hospital the lady who helped me told me that she can see in the system that our matter is still in progress that's was in 2020 October a year after my sister had a baby till today the child does not have birth certificate and his 19months old her first born daughter is 19years with no id because of this issue , when we go back to them is back and fourth so HelloPeter is our last hope
