No ID, SYSTEMS ALWAYS OFFLINE

I have emailed you countless times, I have emailed all your seniors and I have emailed the president.

No resolution to date.

I'm sure you know by now who I am.

The service ALL round especially at your umgeni road Durban office is beyond bad service.

It's a situation that makes a citizen sick.

I cannot get my ID, after standing 10 to 12 hours in your que, your system goes offline.

MORE THAN 4 TRIPS OFF WORK TO YOUR OFFICE.

STILL NOTHING!!!!!
