No help at all

<p>Have been at the Randburg home affairs office over 10 times and over 30 hours wasted. the staff cannot verify my finger prints - go to the back office saying have to make a phone call/drink coffee more likely, come back sorry cant help you. you cannot find anyone at DHA that can assist - over 10 emails to DHA and not one person has even bothered responding, I have gone as far going to the ward counilor - even that is a dead end. bank has shut down my accounts due to FICA for no reason. Have a 12 year old son - single dad and this goverment treats me like this. Have a gun licence and drivers license - yet at I dont exist</p>
