<p>So I had to cancel my cousin's ID due to her passing. It was empty when I got there but something as simple as a stamp took me an hour. When I asked for assistance I was told that the people dealing with it are on lunch I asked the manager and he told me there's a queue. I fail to understand what queue as it was empty. Did all the dead people magically queue to cancel their own ID. Woooooooh shame black on black ******</p>
