No feedback in 20 days!!!

Hi <br> <br> I sent an email on the 1st of October to Ms Mamabolo in connection with emigration queries for my father to come to South Africa. He is here for a short period of time and I was hoping to get some responce but it has been 20 DAYS already with not even a word of responce back. This is very typical from the government because South African citizens, irrespective of race, get treated like rubish. It is embarrassing and shameful how our government takes advantage of us because they think they are better than us because they work in government.<br> <br> I would just like someone to help with this simple query as no one is even ever available when I try call.
