NO FEEDBACK FROM HOME AFFAIRS

<p>I app**** for my unabridged marriage certificate on 18 July 2016. This has now been escalated 4 times and they say there is nothing they can do, I just need to wait. There is no accountability here. I have paid for a service and are the people that work there! If they arent doing their jobs then there should be some form of recourse???? I would just like someone who is in charge there to give me some evidence that it is actually being actioned and give me what I have paid for and what is duely mine!</p>
