No faith in Dep of home affairs useless to the core, no help at all

Absolutely beyond frustrated, you get told to mail *** and NOTHING HAPPENS!!! you can mail your bleeding heart out , then you call they don't understand what you are saying 99% of the call then proceed to tell you (Because it sounded like she couldn't care LESS) that I must mail *** and when you explain that you have since LAST YEAR the answer is nothing we can do ma'am just mail again.

LORD HAVE MERCY!!!!!!!!!!! All I want is a refund on a passport application for my daughter and this is just a way of passing enough time so you lose the money and the government can ***** some more. Flippen useless ITS NOT A DIFFICULT REQUEST Someone assist me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE!!!!!
