NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

Department of Home Affairs in Piet Retief is pathetic, they have no idea what it is to help customers, the lady's there think they are so smart behind that counter of theirs, no compassion at all. I think they should all be replaced and the jobs should be offered to people who really need money and really want to work and help the community.
