No continuation of payment for UIF

I am so overwhelmed and upset at the same time, I am 4 months post maternity leave, 8 have not received my 2nd payment, I have been going back and fourth trying to claim, the recent update was that everything was fine and they are waiting for the Department to pay, I have been calling and was told that I should call this week 13th May 2024, i should have the money. To my surprise upon the call I am told my documents are not in order and I need to submit a medical certificate. I have following up for a while, this is becoming too much, this claim/ continuation of payment was made in March 2024. Kindly assist further.
