No communication, no telephone number, no email response, rude staff

We have app**** for our I. E. Me and my husband unabridged birth certificates and marriage certificate at the Edenvale Home Affairs Branch. I have received my unabridged birth certificate but we have not received any feedback nor any status as to what has happened to my husband's birth certificate nor our marriage certificate. No phone numbers work, when I enquire what the status is, the response is the application has not been finalized. The home affairs staff are extremely rude. The least someone can do is tell us what has happened to the application and when it will be finalized as we cannot apply for a visa without it.
