No Business Continuity at DHO

If there is one thing Minister Schreiber has yet to address then it is business continuity.

Dept. of Home Affairs Systems are down - again

I am scheduled for replacement of ID at satellite office Life Style Centre, Centurion, Pretoria only to be told “our systems are down”.

The sad part is that this is not my first scheduled visit with systems offline and staff waiting for the day to pass.
