No answer...

app**** for an unabridge birth certificate Dec 2015 (Wynberg) and has received nothing yet. I phoned them in March but could not get through to any office in the Western Cape. On the 29th March 2016 when I was there to apply for our passport (Wynberg) I enquired again and was told it is not ready yet. For the past few weeks until now I have phoned again. Got through to the switchboard lady of Wynberg who told me I was suppose to come in and complete forms. Why wasnt I told when I was there on the 29th March 2016. Ive got contact numbers of people but no one is answering.. How can that be... I need the certificate and need an answer ASAP...
