Nigel home affairs

I have never known a system more effective at uselessness than home affairs, Nigel . All 6 telephone numbers don't work. The free call centre has told me for past 5 working days the system is congested and then cuts me off . The appointment booking site will not allow me to book because my details are incorrect. I can assure you they are not incorrect!!!! I am disgusted. When I arrived there I was told I had to have an appointment. After 2 hours of waiting I was seen only to find out someone else had a passport in my name and I now had to pay double. One fee to cancel that passport and another for a new passport. I was told the passport would be 2 weeks... It's now 3 . I cannot reach them via any of the above ... Again ... So I am now forced, as a pensioner to drive 140 km to face the same rude security door lady again ... All because Heidelberg home affairs was closed because the toilet was blocked .
