New I D card

My husband and I made an application for new I D cards and was told they will contact us when to collect. After 3 days we were contacted and went to collect. Only my husbands I D were available. Till today I did not receive my I D card. I phoned several times and could not receive any new information of when or what is going on. My Ref. Nr. Is ***
