New Hanover home affairs

Worst home affairs, new Hanover home affairs is always offline and it takes them forever to come online, we've been to the new hanover branch to apply for an id several times to no avail. When we phone they don't answer, when we go there they are either offline or like today have no electricity. I find it quite hilarious that there is no electricity yet the generator is running and there is blatent disregard for the people who come from a distance. This branch should be closed down.
