New Birth Certificate printed incorrectly

The birth certificate was printed incorrectly on the father's details/country we saw the error the same time and gave it back to the lady, she said the error can only be corrected the following day and she will call us to collect it yet heared nothing from her. We went the next day she then said we will get the certificate in a month or two, why take this long with the error she did on her system the same day? Now she can not correct it, then why wait for months to get the child's birth certificate. Can't a manager correct that error she did on the certificate? She said that can be corrected now her story changes what is taking so long to change what she did on the system. We are still waiting for the new birth certificate until today
