NEGATIVE STAR RATINGS REQUIRED

I only chose 1 star because there is no less than zero rating. Please adjust as Home Affairs deserves a negative star rating., App**** and paid for son's surname change Jan 2017. As his parents are separated it was a real hassle getting us together to be there, sign documents off etc. By end 2017 no response was had. Eventually I was told documents were lost and nothing was submitted to Pretoria. Monies paid and receipts produced are not valid and the whole process must be redone. Son is now almost 17 and cannot get ID as his mother is away. No amount of pleading, explanation at home affairs helps. INCOMPETENCE AND APATHY RULES.
