NEED URGENT ASSISTANCE ON THIS MATTER!!

Good day I am so disappointed in HOME affaires its been 5 weeks now and still do not have my Smart ID card ,I app**** for my new ID at home affairs Johannesburg CBD on the 19th July 2022 I was told the turn around time is 14 working days ,and I went to their office twice now and was told back office us still processing waiting for manual verification I am tired of waiting HOW MUCH LONGER DO I HAVE TO WAIT <I NEED MY SMART ID CARD NOW >THIS is a matter of URGENCY NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
