My worst nightmare

Is now 8 month's since my ID got stole i still don't have an ID thanks to Home Affairs in Kempton park. Will i ever get an ID? Is anyone ever going to account for this? Imagine being turned away for months either system is offline or they are simply closing as they knock off at 15:30. I have been failed big time by the so called officials acting like they own the place not caring at all that we que as early as 4:30am to be told the system is offline. Management don't give a damn about this at all my last visit was on the 27th of November i was going to work got there as early as 4:30 was the first in the que but they opened 30mins late and i was already late for work but the first thing they said when they opened the door at 9 is that the system is offline. Went back during my lunchtime the doors where closed system still offline talk about my worst nightmare i am still without an ID lost hope in this branch and i reside in kempton park.
