my son never received his id they are lying

goo day Peter please help my baby boy app**** for an id document on march this year .before covid 19 we never received sms for collection ,we do understood covid 19 regulations october this year we went there we were told that my son came and collect his id no march 11 this year i'm so disappointed buy this i hate them they are lying my son never go there please help
