My Son is 10 month old without a birth certificate

My husband and I had visited the branch on numerous occasions to apply for passports a new id for myself as well as a birth certificate for my son who was born on 28.12.2014 . We would visit and the systems had been offline on 5 different occasions however we managed to apply for the passports and ID we then proceeded to apply for a birth certificate providing the consultant with all the information required however she still managed to mess it up . My sons name REID LIAM PILLAY was incorrectly spelled , his date of birth was incorrect , his fathers id number was also incorrectly added to the certificate despite the fact that she had a letter infront of her from the hospital. She then proceeded to say that she will send the document to Pretoria to be amended but each time I visit the branch not one person seems to accept accountability ans they shift the blame . I was later asked to contact the manager however the numbers ring continuously <br> My son is almost a year old and still does not have a birth certificate. I Urgently need his certificate as the medical aid is not prepared to pay his hospital bills without a birth certificate .
