My name is Martha Sumbane,cell number is ***. Last year September I app**** to get an ID and they told me that the process will take long as I don't have a birth certificate. So I submitted my birth records,school reports,DNA test, finger prints and letter from court and they have submitted these documents to their head office in Pretoria. My father's name is Judas Joel Sumbane, ID number is *** .So now I'm waiting for them to call me to go and apply for an ID but I haven't received any call from them and I've been waiting for 8 months now. On the 15th and 29th of April 2025 I wrote a review to you but the Department of home affairs has not called me till to date. Please help me because it's been a long time now. My child doesn't have a birth certificate too and next year he's suppose to go school and he can't be registered at school without birth certificate according to the new law.
