My life is on hold because of Identity issue and Department of Home Affairs is failing to assist.

I had a problem of fingerprints not being able to be verified, I went to the nearest home affairs office for clarity. They began the process of investigation and I was asked to even go to school where I was doing grade 1after a year I received a letter that explained I was sharing an ID number with someone so they gave me a new ID number. I then app**** for an ID with the new ID number it was November 2019 when I app**** till today I haven't received a new ID. I've been visiting their offices an calling their office not stop every week but still I haven't received any concrete answer. The last time I called a month ago I spoke to a lady her name is Jane Mashilo she took my contact details and said she's gonna call me back till today she hasn't returned my call. I've been trying to get ahold of her without any luck I also wrote an email to them but there isn't any response from their side.
