My future wife will be 'undesirable' on re-entry.

My fiance who I am going to marry in 6 weeks in Germany, has been waiting for more than 6 months to get her visa application processed - she app**** for an extension of her work visa. She has lived here for 4 and half years. She is working and paying taxes and contributing to the economy! <br> <br> Her VISA has now expired which means that in 6 weeks we will fly to Germany to visit her parents and get married but she will not be able to return according to the VISA regulations as she will be declared undesirable! This means that I, a South African citizen, will have to emigrate to Germany if I want to live with my wife. That means giving up my business and life in South Africa!<br> <br> If I didn't know better, it seems like the Dept would rather not have any foreigners - whether other African State members or Europeans, or their spouses!!<br> <br> My fiance has been in touch numerous times with both VSF Global, the useless intermediary for the DHA, as well as the DHA and they now tell her that her application is being expedited but this will take a month - maybe! <br> <br> SHould I pack my bags and start preparing to leave my home for good?<br> <br>
