Ms Zah Dlamini- Exceptional Service with a smile

Ms Zah Dlamini deserves to be on the Wall of fame. I visited The Department of Home Affairs on the 13th of September 2023 to do biometrics and photos to renew my passport. Even though I couldn’t make an appointment, the way Ms Zah Dlamini received me and everybody who was there was professional and warm. Her hard work and service was exceptional. We applaud you Mam. You are amazing.
