Most frustating service

Oh My F*****ing Word. How much more *********** can you get. We have app**** for our unabridged marriage certificate and paid for it in 2016 together with our children's unabridged birth certificates. The kids received theirs but we are still until today waiting on our unabridged marriage certificate. Everytime we enquire it is not ready yet or it still in progress. IN PROGRESS FOR 5 YEARS!!!!??? HOW???

We have to suffer because someone did not do their job. I have sent letters, phoned, had gotten reference number after reference number, I have been to their offices numerous times... same story... it still in progress!!!

What do I do next? Take this to the media because the Department of Home Affairs have ****** from us? We paid for a document that we never received.
