Monitoring of ques outside

DHA at Umngeni can they please change their way of operating. Bring back the old procedure where if the doors were closed at you by closing time.those people were given priority tickets so that on the next day they will be served first if they are present by the time doors open. I find it so unfair that I have to return home unassisted yet I got there as early as in 5 am in the morning! they give us tickets to come back in July!.Why not tomorrow! They tell us tomorrow will be another day we will start the que all over again, hence we've qued whole day in the sun No water! We had to buy water.So today was a waist of time and money.
