MONEY LOST IN THE SYSYEM

I wouldn'recomend using e-homeaffairs. I paid the 140 zar for the re-issue of my ID. I went today to find out what's going on. Turns out I have paid but my money hasn't reflected in the DHA account or system. They told me I haven't paid at all. To the point where I show them my bank Statements confirming that I have. I have never in my life since November had such an issue with trying to get a new ID. I was then told that it would take 6-8 months to return my money. This is an outrage as I need my ID for work as well as I need it to get paid. Where has my money gone. I will never be using the shocking system of e home affairs no will I be recommending it to anyone. It was supposed to be easier then waiting the whole day for my ID. I take this as theft in my eyes. To try an get behold of them is another thing. To the point where you run out of airtime. You can't go to head office either as they wont let you in.
