Messing with my livelihood - Duplicate ID

I am high dissatisfied and disgusted with the service provided by Home Affairs at Harrison Street, 6 years ago had a problem with a duplicate ID number ran up and down trying to get the matter resolved of which it was, was even provided with a letter stating so, but to my surprise ???? this week trying to apply for Housing Subsidy it populates up again that my ID number is a duplicate how? When 6years ago the matter was stated to be resolved! ????????♀️ I would like to believe it should have been updated on the system 6years ago that the matter was resolved and shouldn't even reflect in the system that there was such a case or even better it to reflect but state somewhere that the matter was resolved and a letter was issued and the copy of the letter to be attached under my ID number. Now this whole thing is messing with my livelihood depriving me of being a house owner because now I have to wait 8weeks just for a simple lousy paper because my original is not clear! Plus the elevators are not working had to stairs all the way up 2 the 6th floor. Staff mostly unfriendly as ever, I even saw an old lady walking up the staircases all the way to the sixth floor which was quite sad honestly!! The service at Home Affairs really needs to change I mean waiting for a paper to be print for 8weeks is just ridiculous honestly!! Can somebody please intervene!!!
