So central house home affairs, Mabopane offers bad service..went to see the manager for customary marriage appointment...My father is late and my mom must register their marriage as i need to change my surname..the manager was so rude, yoh this lady...told us to get some court order as if she is God. One thing about this home affairs the stuff is rude and you can tell that they are used to getting money from people as they wont even help you...whatever she was saying made no sense..Governments needs to hire people with qualifications..why would you want us to bring death certificate of people we dont even have contacts with while they are two witnesses from each family...this shows how ****mers they are, they just to be offered money
