Marriage Officer's Problem

I am a marriage officer.<br> I do the work of Home Affairs by conducting marriages.<br> I took forms to Randburg HA and they were signed for on 28 April 2015.<br> The marriage has not been registered - SIX MONTHS later.<br> After endless attempts to reach the department, I spoke to Mrs More on 2 November who said she would check the situation and ring me.<br> I have been trying to get through to HA Randburg for THIRTY MINUTES without success.<br> I am so tired of this bad service.<br> The couple concerned need to have their marriage registered.<br> I do not hold out any hope of having this post responded to by HA but I need a place to lodge a complaint.<br>
