Marriage certificate request

It is with disappointment to mention that my husband and I got married on the 10 January. We were told to come collect our marriage certificate and my new ID in 6 weeks. I been there 3 times and I was told we have to register our marriage first, on the 26 June, I was told I have to be assisted by the marriage person and she was on leave and must Co. E back on Monday they 30th June. I told the lady that I'll come when 1 of us is free, I went today and the marriage person is still sick leave as such, no one may assist me, I must come back next week. Home affairs is falling me and my husband
