Marriage Certificate

My wife and I are now married more that 2 years and we struggle to get our marriage certified. Every time we going to Home affairs in Thabazimbi.....they just reply we can not help....<br> <br> We need to do our ID books and licenses....banking business ....!<br> <br> This is nonsense.....PLEASE HELP!!!!!
