Marriage Certificate

In November 2014 I got married in Pretoria. In January 2015 I app**** for an unabridged marriage certificate at the Home Affairs Acacia. The lady at the que informed me that it can be printed out then and there at R20. Very happy about the quick service, I went to pay it and the cashier informed me that is R75 and it will take 8 weeks. Already a bit upset, I paid the fees. Today is the 13th of August.....I still don't have my marriage certificate!! 8 weeks have been 7 months now and it is absolutely ridiculous. Everybody raves about Acacia being such a quick and easy, non-busy Home Affairs Department, but their service is a disgrace. Every time I phone it is the same excuse - we are busy with matter!
