MARITAL STATUS NOT REGISTERED ON HOME AFFAIRS SYSTEM AFTER 1 YEAR

We got married in Storms Rivier 22 September 2018 and still we are not Registered on the Home Affairs System in Humansdorp where Pastor Koot Swanepoel handed the Marrital Certificate as well as all other Documents in. This is poor Service and I am definitely not impressed with them them. We are already married for 1 Year and still not Registered ???? The only thing they are telling Pastor Koot is that we are on a Back Log ??? How can this be and what are they doing at Home Affairs ????
